About me:
I was born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina, and coming from a military background, I moved to Hawaii at 15 with my dad, where most of my basketball story began. I never played middle school, high school, AAU, or any organized basketball growing up—everything I learned came from teaching myself the game outdoors in the warm Hawaii weather. I didn’t step into organized basketball until 2022 with the Lonestar Tomball College Timberwolves, and in 2025 I earned my first professional opportunity with the Oklahoma SkyKings.
I’m continuing my own journey as a pro, training to compete overseas, and along the way I created this business to pass down the lessons, discipline, and knowledge I’ve gained the hard way. My approach is built on self-discipline, consistency, hard work, and mentality development, and every session combines those values with real skills and fundamentals. My mission is to give the next upcoming star the guidance I never had and be the trainer I once looked for, helping turn dreams into reality.
Beyond basketball, I specialize in physical training, including weight lifting, plyometrics, injury prevention, nutrition management, and exercise science. My programs aren’t just for athletes—they’re for anyone in the community looking to improve their health, build strength, prevent injuries, and develop a mindset for success. Whether you’re an aspiring athlete, a weekend warrior, or just looking to become a stronger, healthier version of yourself, my goal is to empower everyone to reach their full potential.
